Taunton School (Somerset), Talbot Heath (Dorset), Millfield School (Somerset), Canford (Dorset) & Hartpury College (Gloucestershire) will represent the South West at the National Schools finals at Stanborough School, Welwyn Garden City, on Saturday 14 March. Well done to all teams, it was a great showcase of school netball.
At the end of the presentations, umpire award were given to the most promising umpire & Umpire of the tournament. The recipient of the most promising umpire was Ella Waterhouse, a C award (Just into her 16th year). Umpire of the tournament was awarded Ruth Benny, a C award (Working towards B). Both of these are part of SW Talent ID. Well done both.

A huge ‘Thank You’ to all umpires, volunteers, players, coaches and the CEWG team for all the hard work that everyone put in to make the Regional Schools event such a great success. The amount of planning that went into the tournament was clear to everyone through the smooth way that it ran from start to finish and is a great opportunity for netball.
