Each week we bring you a good news story from across the South West as part of our wedNEWSday articles.

It’s been a ‘netball busy’ start to 2022 for the Southwest region despite the ongoing presence of COVID-19. The England Netball COVID-19 guidance continues to minimise risk and maximise enjoyment of our sport and confidence is high within our community. Netball sessions are seeing excellent turnouts, league matches are being played and clubs are training. There is also a lot of activity taking place off court with learners making the most of the Walking and Bee Netball workshops on offer here in the region.

By the end of February we will have delivered our first Back to Netball festival (Devon), our first Walking Netball festival (Dorset) and our first Netball Youth Camp (Gloucestershire) in over two years. Spaces are filling up fast and netballers across the region are eager to attend. Further information on the two upcoming Festivals are detailed below.
