Our Regional Team

For the game

The Regional Management Board (RMB) leads our work. It consists of voluntary, elected and appointed trustees. The RMB is responsible for the management and development of Netball in the South West, identifying and meeting the needs of everyone involved in netball to enhance participation experiences and encourage the uptake of the sport. The trustees oversee the strategic future of netball in the South West, organise the Regional Leagues and continually seek to develop coaches, umpires and volunteers.

NSW follows England Netball policies as laid out in our Byelaws.

NSW trustees meet 3 times per year in addition to the AGM. AGM minutes are circulated to attendees after the meeting, annual reports are available here: https://register-of-charities.charitycommission.gov.uk/en/charity-search/-/charity-details/5190484

Hi, I'm Vanessa. I am the Legal Representative on the RMB for Netball South West.

Jude Groves

I'm Jude Groves and I'm Chair of the County Chairs Group and represent the views of our County Chairs at RMB meetings. Together with Karen Jones, NSW Chair we support our County Chairs and meet regularly with them to keep vital communication channels open from our members right through to the Board so that at RMB meetings we can make informed decisions for the benefit of all our members.

We are very excited to announce that the new Netball South West board member, Sian, has just been awarded Silver Membership of the Institute of Equality & Diversity Professionals.
